PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY

These General Conditions will expressly govern the relationships arising between Comercial Textil Sánchez de Cornella S.A, located at Armenteres, 80, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona, 08980 Spain, with CIF A08584062 (hereinafter, ""10XDIEZ"") and third parties (hereinafter, ""Users"") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of 10XDIEZ (http://www.diezxdiez.es, hereinafter the ""Store"").

1. USER OBLIGATIONS

1.1 The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products, and to use each of the services of the Store diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may impede, damage, or deteriorate the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could harm or cause damage to the goods and rights of 10XDIEZ, its suppliers, Users, or in general any third party.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

2.1 10XDIEZ reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, 10XDIEZ may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, understanding that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, 10XDIEZ reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice to any of the different types of Products offered in the Store.

2.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as accurately as possible to the Products actually offered, as allowed by web viewing technology. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2.3 In the event that, due to force majeure circumstances, the product or Service is unavailable after the purchase has been made, 10XDIEZ will inform the User by email of the total cancellation or, if applicable, partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order does not entitle the User to cancel the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the User in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.

3. PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTS

3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, 10XDIEZ will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a reference code for the purchase and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs, and the various options for making the payment for the Products to 10XDIEZ.

3.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

3.3 10XDIEZ will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be executed in the Spanish language.

3.4 The order confirmation sent by 10XDIEZ is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. 10XDIEZ will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product.

4. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

4.2 The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last of those goods.

4.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the email info@diezxdiez.es, or by letter to the address c/ Armenteres, 80 Sant Feliu de Llobregat Barcelona, 08980 Spain, or by phone at (900) 878 679, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

4.4 To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

4.5 In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

4.6 You must return or deliver the goods to us directly without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before that period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4.7 Model withdrawal form

(*) Strike out what does not apply.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

a) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
b) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE

5.1 For any incident, claim, or exercise of your rights, the User may send an email to info@diezxdiez.es

6. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

6.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of Spain, so the delivery service will only be for that territory.

Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days established by law. However, the delivery period for 10XDIEZ is 2-5 working days from the date of the order.

6.2 The delivery service of 10XDIEZ is carried out in collaboration with various reputable logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes or hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

6.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchasing the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
