At the address of your choice: your home, your workplace... Or you can even pick it up at one of our 10XDIEZ stores.
What is the home delivery process like?
First, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. From that moment on, all orders have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours sent via courier with CORREOS EXPRESS, CTT, or GLS.
What is the delivery process to PUNTO PACK like?
First, you will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. From that moment:
GLS PICKUP POINT: all orders have a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days sent via GLS courier. You will be notified by SMS or email about the availability of your order at the PUNTO PACK. From the moment you receive the notification, you have 5 to 7 working days to pick up the order.
MONDIAL RELAY: all orders have a delivery time of 3 to 7 working days sent via MONDIAL RELAY courier. You will be notified by SMS or email about the availability of your order at the PUNTO PACK. From the moment you receive the notification, you have 5 to 7 working days to pick up the order.
What is the in-store delivery process like?
We will notify you with a call or an email when your order is available in-store. The in-store delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days.
Once you receive the notification, you have a maximum period of 10 days to pick up your order in-store. By the way, you can choose any store you want.
!!IMPORTANT!!! To pick up the order, it is essential to show the ID of the buyer, and if a third person is picking it up, they must also show their ID.
What are the shipping costs?
Here are the amounts for each case:
- Shipping for orders over €49.99 is free for the customer, except in the Balearic Islands.
- For orders under €49.99, the shipping cost will be €3.99 for the mainland and €12 for the Balearic Islands.
- For orders with in-store pickup, shipping will be free.
How can I pay for my order?
Purchases can be paid by Bank Transfer, PayPal, with VISA or MASTERCARD cards, and Cash on Delivery (the latter option has an additional cost of €6).
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
In that case, 10XDIEZ will take care of replacing it at no cost. You just need to contact us through our phone 936 856 666 or email info@diezxdiez.es.
