Refund policy

1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

2 The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the last of those goods. This period is extended for purchases made after November 25, 2024, allowing returns to be processed until January 12, 2025.

3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the email info@diezxdiez.es, or by letter to the address c/ Armenteres, 80 Sant Feliu de Llobregat Barcelona, 08980 Spain, or by phone at (900) 878 679, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

5 In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

6 You must return or deliver the goods to us directly, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before this period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

a) The supply of goods made to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
b) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that were sealed after delivery.
