In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, contracts for the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal. Consequently, perishable products may not be returned or subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the consumer must be duly informed of this exclusion prior to entering into the contract.
